Our Dwell Nona Place luxury apartments are pet-friendly. When you live here, you’ll be treated to exceptional pet-friendly amenities including an on-site dog park for your furry family member to meet other resident pups to rump and play as well as a dog wash station to keep your dog clean and happy. Our luxury Orlando apartments feature spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. - Maximum of 2 (two) pets per apartment
- 80lbs maximum combined weight limit allowed per apartment
- Weight limit is determined by breed/weight at full maturity
- Pets allowed: Dogs, cats, birds (caged indoors) and fish.
- Breed restriction (including but not limited to):
Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Doberman, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Husky, Dogo Argentino, Wolf Hybrid and “any mix thereof”.
