Pet-Friendly Apartments in Lake Nona, FL

Dwell Nona Place offers pet-friendly apartments and townhomes in Orlando’s Lake Nona area, with amenities designed for both you and your pet. The community features an on-site dog park and dog wash station with a fur dryer, so it’s easy to give your pups space to play and keep them clean after a day outside.

Pet Policy

• Pets Allowed: Dogs, cats, birds (caged indoors), and fish.
• Maximum: Two pets per apartment/townhome.
• Weight Limit: 80 lbs. maximum combined weight limit per apartment, determined by breed/weight at full maturity.
• Breed Restrictions, including but not limited to: Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Mastiff, Doberman, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Husky, Dogo Argentino, Wolf Hybrid, and any mix thereof.
