Our apartments in Lake Nona are pet-friendly! Residents are limited to two (2) pets per apartment with an 80-lb. combined maximum weight capacity. The pet fees are a one-time $350 per pet, non-refundable, plus $25 pet rent per month for each pet. $50 per dog – one-time fee to be enrolled in the Pet Waste DNA Program with Poo Prints. We offer a variety of one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom apartments and townhomes in Lake Nona, FL amazing apartment amenities. We also offer corporate, fully furnished apartments with short-term leases. Contact us today to learn about availability. The security deposit for approved applicants is equal to $300 or one months’ rent for conditional approvals and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and no damages to the unit upon move out.

Our community is situated in Southeast Orland near Route 417, State Road 528, and State Road 408 so commuting into Downtown Orlando and to other popular areas is easy. View directions to and from our community.
