Residents pay for hot and cold water, electric, water, sewer, trash, exterminating, cable and internet.
Our apartments in Lake Nona are pet-friendly! Residents are limited to two (2) pets per apartment with an 80-lb. combined maximum weight capacity. The pet fees are a one-time $350 per pet, non-refundable, plus $25 pet rent per month for each pet. $50 per dog – one-time fee to be enrolled in the Pet Waste DNA Program with Poo Prints. We offer a variety of one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom apartments and townhomes in Lake Nona, FL amazing apartment amenities. The security deposit for approved applicants is equal to $300 or one months’ rent for conditional approvals and is fully refundable assuming no account balance and no damages to the unit upon move out.
